Return Policy
At Arbon, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:
Non-Returnable Items
- Bodysuits
- Innerwear
- Undergarments
- Socks
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item(s):
- is/are unworn and unwashed
- Remains in original packaging with tags intact
- Is free from pilling, stains, strong odors (e.g., smoke, perfumes, or detergents), or visible damage
Final Sale Items:
Products purchased on discount or during promotions are non-returnable and considered final sale.
Return Approval & Conditions
Returns must be accompanied by a valid reason and are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet our policy criteria.
Return Window
Items (excluding final sale and non-returnable goods) can be returned within 21 days of delivery. If approved, you’ll receive a coupon code to use toward a future purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
In case your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged products, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at shop@thearbon.com to lodge a support ticket.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
Note: We offer one complimentary return per order, provided the return meets our conditions.
Refunds & Credits
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon code will be issued within 7–10 business days upon successful processing of your return.
Coupon codes are valid for 30 days
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue
